Desert Recruiting Services is please to be working with an Early Childhood Educational School in beautiful Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.  This global organization is seeking experienced native English speaking FEMALE teachers to start work in August 2018 and is offering two year contracts!  


Required Skills:
  • Bachelor Degree in Education, English, Linguistics, Literature, Psychology, Sociology or Early Childhood Development
  • Working with children experience as a teacher
  •  Fluent English Speaker
  • Only Female positions available due to religious and cultural aspects
  • Technically savvy (Computer, Ipad, Smartboards and other online learning materials are used)
  • Ability to start work in Saudi Arabia August 2018
  • At the moment we can only submit South African and Russian nationals
  • Holder of a valid police clearance certificate/Criminal Record Check or the ability to obtain one (condition of employment)
  • Able to accept a two year employment contract
  • Visas available for Canada, USA, UK, South Africa, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Russia and Eastern Europe.
Please note that this is considered a bachelorette contract and unfortunately there is no provision to bring family members.

Job Description: 
  • Provide all instruction to students
  • Prepare and implement lesson plans
  • Individualize curriculum to best fit the needs of current classroom dynamics and demographics
  • Motivate students with enthusiastic and imaginative presentation
  • Classroom behavioural management
  • Communicate and partner effectively with parents
  • Provide parents with accurate progress report
  • Represent the Franchise in throughout the centre and at community events
  • Possess strong knowledge of procedures and methodology of Franchise
  • Attend all staff meetings
  • Supervise, evaluate, and plan for teacher assistants and volunteers
  • Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming classroom equipment, materials, and supplies
  • Maintain accurate and complete student records
  • Can do multi-tasking, ability to adopt changes in a positive manner
  • Ability to connect and interface with parents on their child learning’s
  • Accept the direction, supervision and constructive criticism from the coordinator and employer
  • Ability to possess a high degree of professionalism (appearance, dress and communication )
  • Ability to establish effective relationships with parents and children
  • Ability to supervise and maintain classroom order and function
