  • Minimum Bachelors degree required, Masters preferred

Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a Dean who will have overall strategic and operational responsibility of the institute to execute its vision and mission. The Dean is responsible for implementing an ongoing business growth plan to drive student’s enrollments, promote student retention, faculty recruitment and retention, and maintain academic quality assurance. The role of the Dean involves leading, planning, managing budgetary and human resources, implementing and evaluating the educational program and responding to change.

Essential Job Functions
  • Develop a strategy including budget and performance measures to review the progress of the institute
  • Plan to attract, recruit, develop and retain the human resource capital required to achieve the strategic goals as per the recruitment policies.
  • Manage employee remuneration, training and development
  • Manage the total annual budget of the Institute
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key local organizations to advance the Institute
  • Communicate effectively to stakeholders and public
  • Perform other related work as required
